You release a burst of icy energy in all directions. Each creature of your choice within 10 feet must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d6 cold damage and is Chilled until the end of its next turn. On a success, a creature takes half damage and is not Chilled.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the cold damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
