You unleash a vibrating pulse of arcane energy in a 10-foot radius sphere centered on a point you can see. Creatures in the area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they take 4d6 arcane damage and have disadvantage on their next spell attack or saving throw. On a success, they take half damage and no additional effects.

At higher levels: The damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
