You exhale a chilling blast of magical frost in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 5d8 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Creatures that fail the save are also frightened of you until the end of your next turn.

At higher levels: The damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
