You call down a concentrated blast of arcane energy on a point within range. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make an Intelligence saving throw. A creature takes 6d6 arcane damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. Creatures that fail the save have disadvantage on Intelligence checks and saving throws until the end of their next turn.

At higher levels: The damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
