Joe Payne
Doctor Josiah Payne was the physician of Edna Silver from 1977 through her death in 1982. During the late summer and early autumn of 1977, Payne had a fling with Edna’s friend (and in-law, thanks to the marriage of their children) Sigrid Yorickson.
In his younger days, Payne served as an active duty Marine.
