Lümp (lump)
Lümp was one of Sadie Winters’ seven dwarves. His name means “persistent” in the dwarven language of Thünard and his favorite color was orange.
The author is not saying that Lümp’s love of the Sacred Color makes him any more important or impressive than Sadie’s other dwarves, but he’s not not saying that either.
Lümp was the most devout Mountain Worshipper of the group, praying regularly for strength and resilience in all things. He was also routinely the first to charge into battle when he and his compatriots went to war alongside Sadie and her future husband, King Wilhelm I of Fatherland.
