Peter O’Reilly
Peter O’Reilly was the father of Annie O’Reilly and the husband of Grace Gold.
In the short story “The Tale of Old Silas,” he arranges a marriage between his daughter and the then-childless Silas Silver IX. This is a result of his daughter’s seeming inability to stop popping out kids out of wedlock and Silver’s decades-long quest to sire children.
