Kiki Pipt
Kiki Pipt was the final President of United Countries of Oz. The first halfling to hold that role with a non-Lüota surname, many detractors believed his election would spell the end of their republic.
They had no idea how right they’d be, nor how Pipt’s mishandling of an accidental genocide (the murder of the last Qhirat in Eden by a group of drunk Munchkins) would lead to full-scale Invasion of Oz.
