Jakob the Wanderer
Jakob the Wanderer is the name taken by the version of Judas Iscariot who brought about a Calamity in his efforts to resurrect the crucified Jesus of Nazareth during an early iteration of reality in the Clarkwoods Literary Universe (see “The Tragedy of Yesh and Jude”).
As a Riverbender, Jakob was cursed to wander every iteration of reality thereafter and see what his determination to defy the will of The River Without End had caused. Occasionally, including in the Earth-669 iteration, Jakob served as The Barkeep of The Strumpet’s Sister.
